Free Remote Pc Access

Is there a free program I can use to use my pc remotely using my mac?
At home I have a PC with MS Vista, I would like to access it remotely from my mac at work. I have seen PC to PC remote desktop use recommended on here but I need the access from a mac. Oh and free is also preferred!
